  • ​IWI responsibility:

    • The complete valve train assembly from the incoming line to just before the water shut-off solenoid

    • This includes all adjustments/maintenance on the valve train

  • Owner responsibility:

    • Ensuring the valve train assembly is in an accessible location

    • Ensuring the components do not freeze

• To sign up for pre-authorized payments for your Utility billing, please print and complete the following form and return it to our office or you can call our office and this can be completed over the phone.

• We will withdraw your billing amount from your chosen bank account on the 10th or 20th day following a billing period.   

• If you want to send an e-transfer, please send it to:   iwi1@sasktel.net

  • E-transfers will be automatically deposited. A security key will not be required.

• When you sell property that has a Rural Water connection, we request that you notify our office as soon as possible. If you have a capital loan on this property, that loan must be paid in full prior to the date of transfer.

• The Utility may also complete an inspection to ensure that your system conforms to regulatory requirements. A final meter reading will be taken at the time of inspection.

• Please allow at least 2 weeks notice before your property is transferred to the new owner.

• The new owner will be required to sign a subscriber agreement with the Utility and the “New Subscriber Connection Fee” must be paid to complete the transfer. This fee is currently set at $100.00.
